GroupChatz Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the GroupChatz service (the “Service”), provided by Innova Technology Limited (the “Company”). By subscribing to or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you should not use the service. We may revise these Terms from time to time by updating this document. You are advised to check back on these from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Service Description

GroupChatz is a subscription-based audio chat app that includes features such as location tracking, mapping, QR code-based group creation, and audio/video message playback. It is designed for personal, non-commercial use.

2. Subscription and Renewal

Subscriptions are offered for periods of 3 or 12 calendar months and renew automatically unless cancelled by the user. No refunds are provided upon cancellation, but access continues until the end of the paid period.

3. Fair Use and Misuse

A fair-use policy applies. If usage exceeds reasonable limits or users misuse the system (e.g., through abuse, harassment, unauthorised content, or excessive consumption of resources), access may be suspended or permanently terminated without notice and without refund. Innova Technology Limited may cooperate with law enforcement or relevant authorities in cases of illegal activity.

4. User Accounts and Conduct

Each user must maintain the confidentiality of their account credentials. Users must not impersonate others or operate multiple accounts for deceptive purposes. Offensive, abusive, illegal, or harmful content (including malware or spam) is strictly prohibited. We may remove content or restrict access if these terms are breached.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided by GroupChatz, excluding user-submitted materials, is the intellectual property of Innova Technology Limited. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit this content without prior written consent. Content may only be downloaded for personal use if copyright notices are retained.

6. Physical Product Warranty

Where physical products are sold, they are warranted against manufacturing defects for 6 months. Damage caused by misuse or abuse is not covered. Users must follow usage instructions to ensure product integrity.

7. Availability and Disclaimer

GroupChatz is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and disclaim all implied warranties. Users are responsible for ensuring their own data protection and device security.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Innova Technology Limited excludes liability for any indirect or consequential loss or damage. Nothing in these Terms shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Privacy Policy

We collect and handle personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available separately. By using GroupChatz, you consent to such processing.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
